Jujutsu Kaisen Episode5 Synopsis

In Episode 5, titled "Curse Womb Must Die -II-," Fushiguro, who has retreated outside the juvenile detention center, notices that the special-grade curse spirit has died. The next moment, Sukuna appears beside him, pulls the heart out of Itadori's body, and takes it hostage. Realizing that Itadori will die even if his consciousness returns, Fushiguro starts to fight but quickly realizes the overwhelming difference in their power...

The anime is based on the manga of the same name, serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump (Shueisha). The story follows high school student Yuji Itadori as he gets drawn into a dark fantasy world of battles over curses after a powerful cursed object is unsealed. The series has surpassed 8.5 million copies in circulation.
