Your Privacy Choices

You may have certain rights regarding the processing of your personal information by us under applicable local law, particularly if you are a consumer in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia or Nevada. If our processing of your personal information is governed by such laws, this page provides you with additional information regarding your right to opt out of certain uses of your personal information under applicable local law.

California Consumer Rights to Opt Out

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") gives you the right to opt out of certain disclosures of your personal information to third parties where such disclosure would be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under the CCPA.

Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia Consumer Rights to Opt Out

If you are a resident of Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or Virginia, local privacy laws give you the right to opt out of certain disclosures of your personal data to third parties where such disclosure would be considered a "sale" under the applicable privacy law.

You also have the right to opt out of targeted advertising we direct toward you, and any profiling we perform that could have a legal or other similar, significant impact on you. When we use the term "profiling," we mean any processing not involving human involvement (called "automated processing") of your personal information that is used to evaluate, analyze, or predict personal aspects relating to you, such as your personal preferences, interests, behavior, location, or movements.

Nevada Consumer Rights to Opt Out

If you are a Nevada resident, Nevada Privacy Law gives you the right to opt out of the sale of your personally identifiable information collected online for monetary consideration.

If you are a California resident and wish to exercise your right to ask that we do not sell or share your California personal data, please click Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information and change your settings to stop use Cookies.

To exercise the right to opt out of sale or sharing, you can also make your preference known using an opt-out preference signal, such as a global privacy control (GPC) signal. If we detect that your browser or device is communicating a GPC signal, we will, subject to applicable law, process the signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information for you.
