We may use data analytics providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

(1) Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

You can opt-out of having your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js and dc.js) from sharing information about visit activity with Google Analytics.

(2) Microsoft Clarity

Microsoft Clarity is a user behaviour analytics tool provided by Microsoft Corporation (“Microsoft”). Microsoft may collect your personal information from you when you visit our website. Microsoft may collect or receive personal information from you to provide Microsoft Advertising. 5. Sensitive Personal Information

We do not collect your sensitive personal information and therefore do not use or disclose your sensitive personal information for any purposes other than those specified in Section 7027, subsection (m) of the regulations implementing the CCPA, specifically excluding the inference of your characteristics from such information.

6. Retention of Personal Information

Your personal information will be retained only for as long as we need it to fulfill the purposes for which we have collected it and, if applicable, as long as required by legal, regulatory, accounting, or industry retention requirements. Thereafter, we will either delete your personal information or de-identify it so that it is anonymous and not attributed to your identity.

7. Notice to California Residents

This section supplements the information contained in this Privacy Policy and applies solely to consumers who reside in the State of California. We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (“CCPA”) and other California privacy laws. You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.

You have the right to direct us not to sell to or share your personal information with third parties.

(e) Right of Non-Retaliation and Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising any of your rights under the CCPA.

You also have the right to ask us to limit certain use of sensitive personal information we collect about you. However, we do not collect any sensitive personal information from consumers.

(a) Right to Know/Delete/Correct

Initiating Requests

Verifying Requests
We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity based upon the information you provide and the type of request you are making. When you exercise your Right to Know, Delete or Correct, we may ask that you provide us with additional information (such as your name, address, state residency, phone number and email address) in order to verify your identity and fulfill your request. If we are unable to verify that the individual submitting the request is the same individual about whom we have collected information (or someone authorized by that individual to act on their behalf), we will not be able to process the request.

Authorizing an Agent
When you use an authorized agent to submit a request above, we may require the authorized agent to provide proof that you gave the agent signed permission to submit the request on your behalf. We may also require you to (1) verify your own identity directly with us, or (2) directly confirm with us that you provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request.

As we do not sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age, we do not have a process for opting-in and opt-out of the sale/sharing of personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Browser Signals
To exercise the Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing as described above, you can make your preference known using an opt-out preference signal, such as a global privacy control (or GPC) signal. If we detect that your browser or device is communicating a GPC signal, we will, subject to applicable law, process the signal as a valid request to opt-out of sale/sharing of personal information for you. We do not currently respond to web browser "Do Not Track" signals.

(3) Shine the Light

Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents may have the right to request: (a) a list of certain categories of personal information we have disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year and (b) the identity of those third parties, all as defined under the Shine the Light law. 8. Notice to Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Utah Residents

This section supplements the information contained in this Privacy Policy and applies solely to consumers residing in the States of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or Utah. This section is added to comply with the privacy laws in these states.

If we decline to take action regarding your request under these rights, we will inform you of the justification for declining to take action and give you instructions for how to appeal our decision. You may appeal in accordance with the instructions.

9. Notice to Nevada Residents

Nevada Privacy Law grants residents of Nevada the right to request that businesses do not sell their personally identifiable information collected online for monetary consideration. 10. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under the age of 13. Our Service is not directed at children under the age of 13. If you believe that we might have personal information from a child under 13, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13 without parental consent, we will delete the information as quickly as possible.
As stated in Section 2(3), we do not knowingly sell or share, nor have we sold or shared in the past, personal information of minors under 16 years of age with third parties.
