The broadcast of Episode 47 of the anime The Apothecary Diaries has been postponed from June 20 to June 27. In place of the new episode, a special program titled The Apothecary Diaries: ABEMA Pre-Climax Special will stream exclusively on the Japanese platform ABEMA starting Friday, June 20 at 10:30 PM JST.

The special program will be released during the break week ahead of the season’s climax. The featured cast includes Aoi Yūki as Maomao, Takeo Ōtsuka as Jinshi, Asami Seto as Shisui, and Kaori Nazuka as Suirei. The 90-minute talk show will reflect on Season 2 and provide highlights of what's to come.

About The Apothecary Diaries

This captivating mystery-drama follows Maomao, the eccentric apothecary’s daughter obsessed with poisons and medicines, and Jinshi, a beautiful yet enigmatic eunuch. Together, they solve a series of perplexing cases within the imperial court. The series is based on the original novels by Natsu Hyūga, with illustrations by Touko Shino.
