In Episode 44, titled “The Origin of Obedience – Part 3,” Yuji Itadori is left in shock, standing still as he faces the horrifying scene before him. His heart has already reached its limit.

Meanwhile, Mahito, excited by the unfolding situation, revels in it as a curse and presses further to break Yuji. Just when Mahito moves in to finish Yuji off, something unexpected happens...

Jujutsu Kaisen is a dark fantasy anime based on the manga of the same name, which started serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump in March 2018. The story begins when a high school student, Yuji Itadori, becomes involved in a battle over curses after the seal of a powerful cursed object is broken.

The manga has surpassed 80 million copies in circulation. The TV anime aired from October 2020 to March 2021 and gained immense popularity. It was adapted into a theatrical anime in December 2021, and the second season has been airing since July 2023.
