Scene cuts from Episode 2 of the anime Jujutsu Kaisen, currently airing on the "Super Animeism" slot on MBS/TBS, have been released in advance.

Jujutsu Kaisen Episode2 Synopsis

In Episode 2, titled "For Myself," Yuji Itadori wakes up in an unfamiliar room, where Satoru Gojo, a teacher from the Jujutsu High, informs him that his "secret execution" has been decided. Gojo presents Yuji with two options: face immediate execution or search for and consume all 20 of Sukuna's fingers before dying.

Jujutsu Kaisen is based on the manga of the same name, currently serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump (Shueisha). The dark fantasy series follows Yuji Itadori, a high school student who becomes embroiled in the world of battles over curses after the seal on a powerful "Cursed Object" is broken. The series has surpassed 8.5 million copies in circulation as of the release of its 13th volume on October 2.
