My Dress-Up Darling Returns with New Bonus Chapter Three Months After Finale
A new bonus chapter of the manga My Dress-Up Darling (JP: その着せ替え人形は恋をする) has been published in the latest issue of Young Gangan, released today, July 4. This marks the first new manga chapter in four months since the series concluded in March. Additionally, the final volume (Vol. 15) and the spin-off Kisekae Ningyo de Chu (JP: 着せ替え人形でchu♡)will be released on July 25.

Serialized in Young Gangan from 2018 to 2025, the series follows Wakana Gojo, a high school boy who aspires to become a hina doll craftsman known as a "kashirashi." Though earnest and passionate about his craft, Gojo struggles to fit in with his peers. Marin Kitagawa, the outgoing class idol, lives in what seems like a completely different world—until a twist of fate brings them together to share a secret. The story unfolds as a cosplay comedy.
The series has surpassed 12 million copies in circulation. A TV anime aired from January to March 2022, followed by a live-action drama from October to December 2024. Season 2 of the anime is set to begin airing on July 5, 2025.
