Pokémon: Illustration Released of the Elite Four Challenge! Two Special Cards Drawn by Pokémon TCG Artists to Be Distributed

To commemorate the broadcast of episodes 55 and 56 of the new series of the anime Pokémon (officially abbreviated as Anipoke, airs on TV Tokyo every Friday at 6:55 PM), image illustrations featuring the Paldea Region’s Elite Four and Liko and her friends have been released, drawn by Sanosuke Sakuma and Akira Komayama, who are also artists for the Pokémon Trading Card Game.

Having been learning about Terastal, Liko, Roy, and Dot have been battling Gym Leaders. After successfully passing the basic test, the three will now take on the Paldea Region’s Elite Four. Each of the Gym Leaders who handled the basic test will team up with them to engage in exhibition matches against the strongest Elite Four representing the Paldea Region.

Additionally, from June 21 to July 5, special "Elite Four of Paldea Photo Card Announcement Flyers" will be distributed to those who make purchases at Pokémon Centers and the Pokémon Center Online nationwide. Moreover, some Pokémon Center stores will feature "Elite Four of Paldea Standees." The stores with standees are: Pokémon Center Mega Tokyo, Pokémon Center Yokohama, Pokémon Center Kanazawa, Pokémon Center Osaka, and Pokémon Center Okinawa.

The current new series revolves around the adventures of dual protagonists Liko and Roy as they explore the entire Pokémon world, finding something important along the way.
