'STATION IDOL LATCH!' selects one station attendant from each of the 30 JR Yamanote Line stations to become a station idol. They work to promote their beloved stations and neighborhoods by performing as idols outside their regular duties.

Since the project's launch on May 20, 2021, it has expanded through voice dramas, song releases, fan meetings, live performances, and manga adaptations. Unique to this idol project are character announcements within the stations along the JR Yamanote Line.
