This year marks the 19th installment of the world's largest anime song live event, "Animelo Summer Live 2024 -Stargazer-" (Anisama), which will be held over three days on August 30, 31, and September 1 at the Saitama Super Arena. The third wave of artists has been announced, with the addition of FIELD OF VIEW, MindaRyn, Aimi, Saori Hayami feat. HoneyWorks, Fragaria Memories (additional members announced), Shouta Aoi, and fripSide.

On the first day, August 30, FIELD OF VIEW will make their Anisama debut. Known for the Pocari Sweat commercial song "Totsuzen" and the "Yu-Gi-Oh!" opening theme "Kawaita Sakebi ", and still beloved worldwide, their song "DAN DAN Kokoro Hikareteku" from "Dragon Ball GT" will be performed live.

FIELD OF VIEW, who debuted in 1995 and will celebrate their 30th anniversary in 2025, expressed their excitement: "It feels like a miracle that U-ya Asaoka, Takashi Oda, and Takuto Kobashi can meet everyone together on the grand stage of Anisama. We want to perform with all the emotions of 30 years! Let's shoot the Kamehameha together! Yay!"

On the second day, August 31, popular voice actor and solo artist Aimi will make her third consecutive appearance at Anisama. Additionally, the creator unit HoneyWorks, known for their viral hit song "Sorry I'm So Cute!" which has amassed over 36.4 billion views across its videos, will make their debut at Anisama through the project "Kokuhaku Jikkō Iinkai: Ren'ai Series" with Chuutan (voiced by Saori Hayami) as "Saori Hayami feat. HoneyWorks".

Moreover, to the previously announced members of "Fragaria Memories" - Gaku Kajiwara, Nobunaga Shimazaki, and Shunsuke Takeuchi, fourteen more members will be added: Yuu Hayashi, Takuma Terashima, Shunichi Toki, Saku Hyuga, Shugo Nakamura, Shogo Sakata, Shoya Chiba, Eiji Mikami, Yuki Sakakihara, Shinnosuke Tokudome, Jin Ogasawara, Tasuku Hatanaka, Yohei Matsuoka, and Narufumi Machimoto.

On the final day, September 1, the popular voice actor artist Shouta Aoi, known for his unique and unrestricted style, will make his seventh appearance at Anisama, following up on last year's performance.

Additionally, the third season, ``fripSide'', saw the addition of new vocalists Mao Uesugi and Toshiyo Abe, creating a twin vocal system. Mao Uesugi and Toshiyo Abe will be appearing in Anisama for the first time.

Animelo Summer Live, commonly known as "Anisama," started with its first event in 2005 under the name "Animelo Summer Live 2005 -THE BRIDGE-." It has since become the world's largest anime song (anisong) live event, annually attracting over 80,000 attendees over three days, including postponed events due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The theme for this year's 19th edition is "Stargazer," which refers to those who gaze at the stars. This theme was inspired by Masayoshi Oishi's comment during last year's final act, where he described Anisama as a place that offers unique views and experiences that can only be crafted within its atmosphere.

Artists at Anisama gaze upon a "starry sky" made of the audience's penlight lights, while the audience in turn watches the stars on stage—the artists—shine brightly. This interaction creates a unique ambiance exclusive to Anisama. The event encapsulates the essence of being part of a star-filled sky, where each attendee and performer contributes to the overall atmosphere, aiming to foster an expansive and warm-hearted experience for the forthcoming 20th anniversary.

The theme song for "Animelo Summer Live 2024 -Stargazer-" is titled "Stargazer," with lyrics by Asuka Oda of Elements Garden, and composition and arrangement by Junpei Fujita and Daisuke Kikuta, also of Elements Garden.
