Summer Pockets Unveils New Visuals and Event Details
Key's beloved visual novel Summer Pockets will be adapted into a TV anime, set to premiere in April 2025. This announcement was made today at the Visual Arts booth's special stage at Comic Market 105, thrilling fans with new information.

Additionally, a spin-off manga illustrated by original game artist Yuunon Nagayama will begin serialization in the April 2025 issue of Dengeki Moeoh, slated for release in late February. The manga will also be available on Kadokawa's website, Kadokomi.

An exciting event, "Animachi Re-Creation," will take place on March 15–16, with the animation studio feel. participating. On March 15, a stage event featuring cast members Shoya Chiba (as Hairi Takahara), Kohara Konomi (as Shiroha Naruse), and Nene Hieda (Kamome Kushima) will be held. What is Summer Pockets?
Released by VISUAL ARTS/Key on June 29, 2018, Summer Pockets is the 13th romance adventure game from the creators of CLANNAD, Little Busters!, and Angel Beats!. An enhanced version, Summer Pockets REFLECTION BLUE, was released on June 26, 2020.
Story
Hairi Takahara, the protagonist, arrives alone on Torishirojima during summer vacation to organize his late grandmother’s belongings. Upon disembarking from the island’s infrequent ferry, he encounters a mysterious girl staring silently at the horizon. The fleeting meeting leaves Hairi bewildered as she vanishes without a word.

Adjusting to island life while assisting with his grandmother’s mementos, Hairi discovers a slower, nostalgic lifestyle unlike anything he experienced in the city. Through encounters with four unique girls—a girl gazing at the sea, a girl searching for a mysterious butterfly, a girl seeking memories and a pirate ship, and a girl living quietly in a lighthouse—Hairi forms bonds and experiences an unforgettable summer.
