■Synopsis

For 5,000 years, a gentle and harmless herbivorous dragon has lived a quiet life. One day, a slave girl named Reiko is offered to the dragon as a "sacrifice" by her village.

Believing the dragon to be the "most powerful evil dragon," Reiko pleads for his help in defeating the Demon King, offering herself as a meal in return by saying, "Please devour me." However, the dragon is a timid creature that only eats plants.

Thus begins the comedic adventure of Reiko, who becomes the dragon's powerful "follower" by sheer belief, and the reluctant "evil dragon" as they embark on a journey to defeat the Demon King!

Reko
Voice Actor: Aoi Yuki
A girl who was sold to a remote village after being taken in by a slave trader. She was sacrificed in place of Riot, a village boy. Influenced by the villagers, she believes in the legend of the evil dragon and, after becoming the dragon’s servant, she (through sheer belief) gains mysterious and immensely powerful magic. She reveres the dragon as the evil dragon Levendia and embarks on a journey with him.

Herbivorous Dragon
Voice Actor: Hochu Otsuka
A giant dragon who has lived for 5,000 years. Though rumored to be a cruel and powerful evil dragon, in reality, he is timid and afraid of pain, living as a herbivorous dragon. He loves eating plants and has been living quietly in the mountains. Despite his gentle heart and efforts to avoid trouble, he helps people when needed.

Liot
Voice Actor: Yoshino Nanjo
The eldest son of the village chief. Since childhood, he has admired the legend of the hero and believes himself to be the hero destined to slay the evil dragon. He resents his parents for buying Reiko as a substitute sacrifice in his place and plots to help her escape, though his attempts fail. In truth, he has feelings for Reiko.

Aliante
Voice Actor: Mariko Miyase
The female captain of the guard in Peludona, a magician by profession. She becomes suspicious of Reiko and the dragon when they visit the city and uses a certain method to reveal their true identities.

Saint of Water
Voice Actor: Shuka Saito
A saint who is said to have perished in this land long ago. She protects the city of water, Serren, and wards off evil beings. Though she doesn’t appear before others, she secretly loves being praised.
