The cast information for the stage play "Super Exciting Stage☆Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo" (to be performed at Theatre 1010 in Tokyo from October 23 to 31) based on the manga "Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo" has been announced. The titular role of Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo will be played by Sho Kato, known for his roles in the "Touken Ranbu" stage series as Kanesada and in the musical "Elisabeth."

For the role of Beauty, Haruka Kudou, a voice actress known for her role as Sayo Hikawa of Roselia in "BanG Dream!" and her work as a solo artist, has been cast. Yuta Higuchi, who has been active in 2.5-dimensional stage plays such as "Musical Hetalia" as Romano, will play Heppokomaru. Shunya Ohsawa will play Hatenkou, and Usagi from the comedy duo Long Coat Daddy will portray Tokoro Tennosuke. Junya Komatsu, known for his role as Hiromi Kadota/Kamen Rider Demons in "Kamen Rider Revice," will play Softon. Takuo Inari, who has appeared in the NHK Taiga drama "Seiten wo Tsuke" and the NHK morning drama "Chimudondon," will take on the role of Don Patch.

"Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo" is a gag manga that was serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" from 2001 to 2007. Set in the year 300X, the story follows a man named Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo who appears to fight for the freedom and peace of humanity's hair using the ultimate martial art, "Hanage Shinken," against the emperor who has begun a campaign to make everyone bald.

Known for its parodies of other works like "Dragon Ball," "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure," and "Yu-Gi-Oh!," the manga gained popularity for its absurd humor and battles. The manga "Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo" has 21 volumes, and its second part, "Shinsetsu Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo," has 7 volumes. The TV anime aired on TV Asahi from 2003 to 2005.
