The additional cast for the TV anime Mission: Yozakura Family has been announced. Jun Fukuyama will play the role of Tsukiyo Hoshifuru, a silver-ranked spy who is infatuated with Taiyo, appearing in episode 11.

In the upcoming episode 12 and beyond, Kazuhiko Inoue will voice the womanizing legendary "infiltrator" Ban Yozakura, Eiko Yamada will play Keiko Yozakura, the eighth head of the Yozakura family, and Yūji Ueda will take on the role of Makoto Kawashita, the mysterious director of Kawashita hospital.

The series is based on the manga of the same name, which began serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump in August 2019. The story follows Taiyo Asano, an extremely shy high school student. The only person he can talk to is his childhood friend, Mutsumi Yozakura. However, Mutsumi is actually the daughter of the strongest spy family.

By a twist of fate, Taiyo marries Mutsumi and becomes a member of the spy family. Alongside his intense siblings, Taiyo is thrown into the world of espionage, facing numerous challenges and hopes in this spy family comedy.

The manga has surpassed a cumulative total of 2.5 million copies sold.
