The program was held in preparation for the special event "SPY×FAMILY ANIME EXTRA MISSION" scheduled for June 9. Saori Hayami (voice of Yor Forger) and Kenichiro Matsuda (voice of Bond Forger), who will also be appearing at the event, joined the live broadcast. They revealed exciting details about the event and conducted a rehearsal for the segment "Unleash Your Drawing Skills! The Drawing Telephone Game!" In this rehearsal, Saori Hayami, known as the show's resident artist, took on the role of the drawer in the segment "Saori Hayami's Drawing Skills Unleashed! The Drawing Telephone Game!"

During the variety segment where the cast tackles various missions, Hayami and Matsuda participated in a rehearsal. One of the missions involved communicating the given prompt through drawings in "Unleash Your Drawing Skills! The Drawing Telephone Game!" Here, Hayami, who has previously shown her unique artistic talents on SPY×FAMILY specials, took on the challenge with confidence, saying, "Leave it to me!" However, during the drawing session, Hayami could be heard making concerning comments like, "The face is a bit messed up" and "Oh, it's off." Matsuda also voiced his unease, saying, "I'm so worried. I can't help but feel anxious."

When the illustrations were revealed, Matsuda was visibly confused and exclaimed, "What? This is... What am I supposed to do?" He read comments from viewers such as "Yikes," "Scary," and "Ahh!" which made Hayami laugh and ask, "Why is everyone so freaked out?" Ultimately, the drawing did not convey the intended message, resulting in a wrong answer.

Despite causing a stir in the studio with her artistic prowess, Hayami remained positive, saying, "That was close, really close," which had everyone in the studio laughing.
