Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc to Release on September 19
Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc will premiere on September 19, 2025. The main theme song, “IRIS OUT,” is also an original song written by Kenshi Yonezu. A full trailer using the main theme is already available. The film continues from the finale of the television anime and follows Denji’s unpredictable encounter with a mysterious girl named Reze.

What Is Chainsaw Man About?
Chainsaw Man follows Denji, a young boy living with the Chainsaw Devil Pochita, who works as a Devil Hunter to pay off his deceased father’s debts. After a fatal betrayal, Denji merges with Pochita and becomes Chainsaw Man. The manga, created by Tatsuki Fujimoto, began serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump in December 2018 and surpassed 30 million copies in circulation. The first part, “Public Safety Arc,” ended in December 2020, and the second part started in July 2022 on Shonen Jump+. An anime adaptation aired from October to December 2022, and a stage play has also been produced.
