The latest PV ends with the line from a Serpo, "We desire your bananas," contrasting with the previous PV's concluding with Turbo-Granny's "Let me suck on that thing."
"Dandadan" is a non-stop occultic and bizarre battle & rom-com about a high school girl who affirms ghosts but denies aliens, and her classmate, a boy who's an occult fanatic but doesn't believe in ghosts. They encounter the yokai "Turbo-Granny" and are cursed, leading them to confront various supernatural incidents.
Serialized in "Shonen Jump+" since April 2021, "Dandadan" has become popular for its blend of occult, battle, action, romantic comedy, and youth elements, with the comics surpassing a total of 3.2 million copies. The author is also known for having worked as an assistant on "Chainsaw Man" (by Tatsuki Fujimoto) and "Hell's Paradise: Jigokuraku" (by Yuji Kaku).
