Synopsis and scene cuts for the first episode of "Demon Slayer: HASHIRA Training Arc" released. Nezuko has overcome the sunlight.
The new installment of the popular TV anime "Demon Slayer," titled "Demon Slayer: HASHIRA Training Arc," will start broadcasting on Fuji TV from May 12th. The synopsis and scene cuts for the first episode have been released.
The first episode, titled "To Defeat Muzan Kibutsuji," unfolds in the Hashira Village, where Tanjiro and two of the HASHIRA defeat two Upper Rank demons. The existence of Nezuko, who has conquered the sun, hints at a major upcoming battle with Muzan Kibutsuji. Amidst this, a HASHIRA's Meeting is convened at the Ubuyashiki Estate.
"Demon Slayer: HASHIRA Training Arc" covers episodes from volumes 15 to 16 of the original manga, where Tanjiro and his companions receive training from the highest-ranking swordsmen, the Pillars, to become even stronger. "Demon Slayer" is based on the manga of the same name, which was serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" from February 2016 to May 2020, and the series has exceeded a total of 150 million copies in circulation.
