On the 12th, Otsuka Pharmaceutical released the game Calorie Mate LIQUID FOR GAME CREATORS on Steam as part of its new promotional campaign for the "Calorie Mate Liquid Creator Support Series."

This initiative focuses on supporting "game creators" who face numerous challenges, aiming to nourish and sustain people striving towards their goals. The game is packed with relatable moments for creators. The protagonist is a talking can of "Calorie Mate Liquid," and the mission is to deliver a chilled Calorie Mate Liquid to a game creator hard at work in their studio. The game starts inside a refrigerator and expands into a mixed reality world, blending real and virtual spaces inside the creator’s computer.

The game is a 3D action-adventure, where balanced nutrition is key to maintaining a game creator’s performance. Players must navigate through various obstacles, including a pet cat, virtual bugs, and overly chaotic flowcharts, all while delivering the balanced nutrition of Calorie Mate Liquid, which contains five essential nutrients.

The talking can protagonist is voiced by Akio Otsuka (Fruit Mix flavor), Kenjiro Tsuda (Cafe au Lait flavor), and Miku Ito (Yogurt flavor). Each flavor has its own distinct character, with over 450 voice lines. Otsuka delivers his deep, cool voice, Tsuda speaks in Kansai dialect, and Ito adds a cute, energetic tone.
