The manga Negima! Magister Negi Magi is getting its first-ever browser game adaptation. The title will be Negima! Mahora Panic, as announced on the official X (formerly Twitter) account of the original author, Ken Akamatsu.

The game is an idle-style, chaotic magical battle RPG featuring a large roster of heroines. Over 80 characters, including Negi, Asuna, Konoka, and Setsuna, will be playable. Pre-registration is now open, and Akamatsu commented, “It’s been 12 years since the manga ended. Unbelievably, a browser game for Negima! is being released! I wonder if this might spark interest in another anime adaptation… (Note: no such plans yet!).” Alongside the announcement, a teaser PV was also released.
