A special collaboration between the popular game Uma Musume: Pretty Derby and Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) will be taking place in KFC stores nationwide. The collaboration product, titled "Uma Musume Today, Why Not Have Kentucky? Special Set," will be available exclusively through the "KFC Net Order" service from August 24th to September 13th.

During this campaign, fans can enjoy unique collaborations where Uma Musume characters will appear alongside KFC products and in-store promotions, while KFC items will make appearances within the Uma Musume game. Additionally, fans can participate in exciting campaigns such as winning signed cards from the Uma Musume cast or limited-edition goods with exclusive designs.

The "Uma Musume Today, Why Not Have Kentucky? Special Set" will be sold for a limited time to celebrate this collaboration. The set will be presented in a "special design package," featuring eight game characters, including Satono Diamond and Kitasan Black, dressed in the style of KFC founder Colonel Sanders. The boxes will also feature the logos of both KFC and Uma Musume, with specially designed phrases like "Uma Musume Today, Why Not Have Kentucky?" in a limited edition version.

Furthermore, customers who purchase the "Uma Musume Today, Why Not Have Kentucky? Special Set" will receive one exclusive trading card per set. There are 18 types of cards available, including 9 normal cards (featuring 8 characters and one group card) and 9 rare cards (featuring the same 8 characters with the signatures of their voice actors plus a group card).

One notable appearance is from "Gold Ship," who, as a self-proclaimed Uma Musume promotional representative, will appear in the campaign as "Colonel Golshi," dressed as Colonel Sanders. This card will be distributed in limited quantities, so make sure to get your hands on your favorite character's card before they're gone.

Additionally, all purchasers will receive two in-game rewards: an "exclusive support card" and a "recovery item." The exclusive support card features special designs, including Satono Diamond, Kitasan Black, and "Colonel Golshi," who appears as the KFC storefront statue.

To commemorate this collaboration, the KFC Ikebukuro West Exit Store, located in the famous anime and game hub of Ikebukuro, will be decorated with special Uma Musume designs for a limited time. The exterior of the store will be wrapped with newly illustrated designs for the collaboration, with character panels installed inside, making it a perfect spot for taking photos.
