New footage, preview cuts, and the story synopsis for the new anime Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Recollection have been revealed. Featuring Kira Yamato, Athrun Zala, and the brand-new mobile suit “Dragoon Strike,” the announcements have set the internet ablaze with reactions like, "So cool!", "Is that Alex!?", "So that's what the Dragoon Strike is about!?", and "Kira piloting a Strike again is just too hype!"

Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Recollection is a new anime depicting the story that bridges Mobile Suit Gundam SEED and Mobile Suit Gundam SEED DESTINY.
The first half of the series will focus on "Kira's battle," while the second half will highlight "Athrun's battle."
This new anime will be added to the smartphone game SD Gundam G Generation Eternal starting April 30.
