The additional cast for the original TV anime "The Story of the Girl Who Couldn't Become a Wizard" (MahoNare) has been announced. Yui Horie will voice the homeroom teacher of Class 1-Ordinary, and Ayumi Mano will voice a classmate.

"The Story of the Girl Who Couldn't Become a Wizard" is an original TV anime born from the "Project ANIMA" idea contest. Kurumi Mirai (voiced by Hana Hishikawa), a naive girl who dreams of becoming a wizard, and Yuzu Edel (voiced by Misuzu Yamada), a young lady from a prestigious family known for producing generations of wizards, both fail the entrance exam for the essential National Wizard Training Specialized Course at Lettran Magic School. The anime tells the story of these two girls, who are complete opposites in personality and background, as they aim to become wizards starting from Class 1-Ordinary in a magical academy fantasy.

The newly revealed characters include Minami Suzuki (voiced by Yui Horie), a mysterious "national wizard" with the appearance of a young girl who becomes the homeroom teacher of Class 1-Ordinary, and Maki Kumil (voiced by Ayumi Mano), a diligent classmate who loves dancing.

Will the encounter with their unique teacher and classmates change the future of the protagonists who are studying in Class 1-Ordinary without a national magic curriculum? The anime will air on the MBS and TBS networks starting in October.
