Global Fans Select 77 Must-Read Manga for 2025, Featuring Kagurabachi and More
MyAnimeList, one of the world’s largest communities and databases for anime and manga with over 19.5 million registered users—99% of whom are outside Japan—has unveiled the 2025 edition of its "You Should Read This Manga" list. This marks the third installment of the project, featuring 77 manga titles selected and recommended by readers across the globe.

Should Be Anime (manga fans want to see adapted into anime)
Best for Beginners (ideal starting points for new manga readers)

In addition to public nominations via the MyAnimeList website, the final selection was curated by the platform’s panel of judges—manga experts well-versed in the industry. Twenty works were chosen for each category, with some overlapping titles, resulting in a total of 77 recommended manga.
