The TV anime Dandadan, which aired on the MBS/TBS network’s "Super Animeism TURBO" programming block, has been awarded the Special Award at the TVer Awards 2024, an accolade recognizing the most-watched programs on TVer, a rapidly growing TV streaming service in Japan.

About the TVer Awards

Established in March 2021, the TVer Awards honor programs that have significantly contributed to TVer's growth and popularity. Eligible programs include all content streamed on TVer between January 1 and December 31 of the previous year, with awards determined based on total annual streams. The winners are announced every March.

For 2024, Dandadan ranked #1 in total streams among newly aired anime, earning the Special Award.
