Back in July, when Volume 3 was released, total sales were at 350,000 copies, meaning the series has experienced a staggering 2.85x growth, with an increase of 1 million copies in just six months.

A Blade Forged in Blood and Vengeance

Kagurabachi is a Japanese sword battle-action manga that follows the story of Chihiro, a boy training to become a master swordsmith. His peaceful days under the tutelage of his father are shattered by a tragic event, leading to his father’s murder. Consumed by rage and grief, Chihiro sets out on a journey of vengeance, wielding both his skills as a swordsmith and his unrelenting resolve.

Serialized in Weekly Shōnen Jump since September 2023, the series is Hokazono’s debut work and has captivated readers with its intense narrative and beautifully crafted action sequences.
