The TV anime adaptations of Let's Go Karaoke! and Captivated, by You, based on the manga by Yama Wayama, are set to premiere in July. Alongside this announcement, the main character visuals have been unveiled. Additionally, the first promotional video (PV) for Let's Go Karaoke!, marking the anime’s first footage release, has been made public.

First PV for Let's Go Karaoke! Released

The newly released PV showcases the first meeting between middle school third-year student Satomi Oka (voiced by Shun Horie) and yakuza member Kyoji Narita (voiced by Daisuke Ono).

Additionally, Shinnosuke Tokudome will voice Wada, a junior in the choir club at Satomi’s middle school. More cast details will be announced during the special stage event at AnimeJapan 2025 on March 23.

Special Birthday Stream for Satomi Oka

In celebration of protagonist Satoshi Oka’s birthday, a special livestream event titled Satoshi Oka Birthday Commemoration Stream is set for April 1. The event will feature Shun Horie (voice of Satomi) and Shinnosuke Tokudome (voice of Wada).

Satomi Oka, the choir club president at his middle school, is approached by an unexpected guest—yakuza member Kyoji Narita, who suddenly says, "Let’s go to karaoke!" In his organization, there’s an annual karaoke contest, and the worst singer receives an awkward tattoo from the boss. Desperate to improve, Kyoji asks Satomi for vocal coaching, leading to an unusual yet compelling bond between them.

Captivated, by You
Joji Ema, a student at an all-boys’ high school, finds himself caught in the eccentric antics of his classmate Miyoshi Hayashi after a sports festival encounter. Meanwhile, Yuichi Medaka, attending a co-ed school, dreads his new seat assignment next to the eerie and shunned Akira Nikaido. This omnibus series portrays the intricacies of adolescent relationships and emotions.
