The upcoming TV anime The Unaware Atelier Master: The Former Errand Boy of a Hero Party Who Was Actually SSS-Rank in Everything but Combat has announced its streaming schedule, along with the release of its second promotional video (PV) and additional cast members.

The anime will begin broadcasting on TOKYO MX and other networks starting April 6 (Sundays at 10 PM JST). However, for early access, it will stream one week ahead of the TV broadcast on dAnime Store and ABEMA, beginning March 30 at 10:30 PM JST.

New Cast Members Join the Adventure

Three additional cast members have been revealed:

Gornova – Nobuhiko Okamoto
Malefis – Saori Hayami
Bandana – Mayu Yoshioka

Okamoto shared his thoughts on voicing Gornova:
"I wanted to leave a strong impression, even with limited screen time. Gornova might seem like an unlikable character at first, but I think viewers will grow to find him endearing!"

2nd PV Highlights New Characters and Theme Songs

The second PV features stunning new animation footage, opening with the moment protagonist Kurt (CV: Mikako Komatsu) is expelled from the hero party, "Flaming Dragon Fang." Lost and uncertain, he embarks on a journey where he encounters the adventurer party "Sakura," and meets characters like Eulicia (CV: Asami Seto) and Liselotte (CV: Minami Tanaka).

The PV also introduces voice clips of newly announced characters Gornova, Malefis, and Bandana, as well as previously revealed cast members Shina (CV: Ayana Taketatsu), Kans (CV: Kaito Ishikawa), and Danzo (CV: Takuya Eguchi).

Additionally, the anime’s opening and ending themes are previewed:

The story follows Kurt, a boy who was dismissed from the hero party for being "useless." Unbeknownst to him, he actually possesses SSS-rank abilities in every field—except combat.

Completely unaware of his own superhuman talents, Kurt continues his journey, unknowingly helping people, cities, and even entire nations. This misunderstanding-filled fantasy adventure delivers chaotic yet heartwarming moments as Kurt inadvertently changes the world.

Originally serialized online in 2018, the novel won the AlphaPolis Fantasy Novel Grand Prize (Readers’ Choice Award) and was later published under an official title.
