A brand-new installment in the Cute High Earth Defense Club series, titled Cute High Earth Defense Club Haikara!, has been officially announced. The key visual was unveiled on March 17.

A Decade of the Cute High Earth Defense Club Series

The franchise began in January 2015 with the first season, Cute High Earth Defense Club LOVE!. It was followed by the sequel Cute High Earth Defense Club LOVE! LOVE!, and later, Cute High Earth Defense Club HAPPY KISS!. To commemorate the 10th anniversary, a special theatrical film, Cute High Earth Defense Club ETERNAL LOVE!, is set to premiere in January 2025.

The newly released key visual features the five main characters dressed in traditional Japanese-style outfits, accompanied by an adorable cat, all set against a vibrant and colorful background.

Returning to direct and handle sound direction is Shinji Takamatsu, while Studio DEEN, known for works like Sasaki and Miyano and Maho Tsukai Precure!! MIRAI DAYS, will produce the animation.

Special Broadcast of Fan-Selected Episodes

To celebrate the new series, a special retrospective broadcast titled "New Series Celebration! LOVE & HAPPY Defense Club Selection" will air starting April 7 on TOKYO MX (Mondays at 9:25 PM JST) and other networks.

Fans can vote for their favorite episodes from past series via an official poll, which is now open on the Cute High Earth Defense Club Haikara! teaser site.
