"Nagasaki Kakuni Manju" is a dish inspired by "Tonporo," part of the full course of Nagasaki's unique banquet cuisine known as "Shippoku cuisine." It was created to make this dish more convenient and delicious by sandwiching succulently braised pork belly between fluffy dough. The pork belly used is "Chilean Andes Highland Pork," sourced over several years of searching globally. The company uses its exclusive soy sauce and flour, painstakingly crafting each piece by hand without using flavor enhancers, pursuing a unique taste that won a "Nagasaki Souvenir Grand Prize" in January 2019.

Currently, an interactive event called "Come on! Kyushu," a collaboration between "Splatoon 3" and JR Kyushu, is ongoing until the 12th (Sunday). Supporting the event from Nagasaki, the company has launched these original products. The original package includes the classic "Nagasaki Kakuni Manju" and two types of colorful Kakuni Manju inspired by the world of Splatoon, all bearing the iconic "Squid Grill Mark" of Splatoon's main characters. The accompanying flyer, which includes warming instructions, also features an original design. These treats can be enjoyed as convenient one-handed food while playing the game.
