The TV anime adaptation of Gachiakuta (ガチアクタ) is officially set to premiere in July 2025 on CBC/TBS Network (28 stations nationwide). The first teaser PV has been released, showcasing animation by BONES FILM, along with the main cast announcement.

Main Cast & Characters

🎤 Rudo (CV: Aoi Ichikawa) – A boy from the heavens who survives by scavenging trash. Wrongfully accused of a crime he didn’t commit, he is cast into the Abyss, where he faces new dangers and a harsh reality.

🎤 Engine (CV: Katsuyuki Konishi) – A member of the Cleaners, an organization that hunts beasts born from garbage. He discovers Rudo in the Abyss.

🎤 Zanka (CV: Yoshitsugu Matsuoka) – Rudo’s mentor, a blunt and unpredictable man who hides his caring nature beneath a rough exterior.

About Gachiakuta

Serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine (Kodansha) since February 2022, Gachiakuta follows Rudo, an orphan born in a slum inhabited by descendants of criminals. Wrongfully cast into the Abyss, he must fight to survive and uncover the secrets of his world.
