A Unique Battle Action Story
Based on the manga by Kei Urana with graffiti design by Hideyoshi Ando, Gachiakuta began serialization in Kodansha’s Weekly Shōnen Magazine in February 2022. The series follows Rudo, an orphan born in the slums inhabited by descendants of criminals, as he faces challenges in a gritty world.
The manga gained global acclaim, winning the Global Special Prize in the "2022 Next Manga Award" Comics Division. Kei Urana incorporated graffiti art into the series with the creative input of graffiti artist Hideyoshi Ando, enriching the story’s unique aesthetic.
