First Look at TDS's New Hotel! Inside the "Guest Rooms" of Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel
A new hotel, "Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel," will open at Tokyo DisneySea (TDS) on June 6. A press preview was held on the 23rd ahead of the opening, showcasing the deluxe type "Fantasy Chateau."
The hotel, situated to encompass the magical springs of the new "Fantasy Springs" area soon to be introduced at TDS, offers guests an immersive experience that feels integrated with the park. The "Fantasy Chateau," wrapped in decorations themed after the flora, fauna, and magical springs of Fantasy Springs, along with the luxury "Grand Chateau," make up the two buildings designed to provide the ultimate lodging experience at Tokyo Disney Resort.
The "Fantasy Chateau" has 419 rooms divided into four categories based on their views: Bay Area Side (157 rooms facing the TDR official hotel), Hotel Entrance Side (100 rooms facing the main entrance), Rose Court Side (147 rooms facing a courtyard represented by characters from "Beauty and the Beast"), and Springs Side (250 rooms facing Fantasy Springs). Each offers unique vistas.
Inside the rooms, decorations inspired by Disney characters and plants, including Rapunzel, Pascal, Bambi, and Louis from "The Princess and the Frog," adorn walls and furnishings. An alcove bed featuring Rapunzel allows guests to relax and enjoy a special time. Room amenities include slippers, postcards, toothbrushes, cups, and original design eco-bags (different designs from those in the Grand Chateau).
The "Superior Alcove Room" introduced here spans 41 square meters and accommodates up to four adults. It is equipped with two regular beds plus a trundle bed and an alcove bed, with rates starting at 66,000 yen. Staying guests can enter Fantasy Springs by presenting a Fantasy Springs Hotel accommodation certificate at the Fantasy Springs Entrance or Fantasy Springs Entryway. Note that a park ticket is required for entry to the park. *Entrance to this area is only permitted for those who have obtained a free standby pass for the targeted attractions or a paid Disney Premier Access.
During their stay, guests can use a dedicated entrance to directly access Fantasy Springs and enjoy attractions within Fantasy Springs with little wait time by purchasing the "1-Day Passport: Fantasy Springs Magic," a special offer for hotel guests.
Fantasy Springs, the eighth theme port at TDS, covers an area of about 140,000 square meters, the largest since the park's opening, and was developed over approximately five years since May 2019 with a total investment of about 320 billion yen. The area features three Disney movie-themed lands: "Frozen Kingdom" (themed after "Frozen"), "Rapunzel's Forest" (themed after "Tangled"), and "Peter Pan's Neverland" (themed after "Peter Pan"), along with the Disney hotel "Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel," all themed around a world of Disney fantasy guided by magical springs.
