Guests can enjoy spacious rooms with a separate bedroom and living room, featuring canopy-style luxurious beds and comfortable sofas, enhancing the hotel stay. Room amenities include slippers, postcards, toothbrushes, cups, and uniquely designed eco-bags (different from those in the Fantasy Chateau).

The "Terrace & Alcove Room" introduced here is 70 square meters in size and accommodates up to four adults. It is equipped with two regular beds plus either a trundle bed or a cruise bed and an alcove bed, with prices starting from ¥341,000. Guests staying at the hotel can access Fantasy Springs by presenting their hotel accommodation certificate at the Fantasy Springs Entrance or Entryway. Note that a park ticket is required to enter the park. *Entry to this area is only allowed for those who have obtained a free standby pass for targeted attractions or a paid Disney Premier Access.

During their stay, hotel guests can use a dedicated entrance to directly enter Fantasy Springs and enjoy attractions within Fantasy Springs with little waiting time by purchasing the "1-Day Passport: Fantasy Springs Magic," a special benefit for hotel guests.

Fantasy Springs, the eighth theme port at TDS, covers approximately 140,000 square meters, making it the largest development since the park's opening. It has been developed over about five years since May 2019 with a total investment of approximately ¥320 billion. The area includes three Disney movie-themed areas: "Frozen Kingdom" (themed after "Frozen"), "Rapunzel's Forest" (themed after "Tangled"), and "Peter Pan's Neverland" (themed after "Peter Pan"), along with the Disney hotel "Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel," all themed around a world of Disney fantasy led by magical springs.
