On April 1st, Universal Studios Japan (USJ, located in Konohana-ku, Osaka) announced that the summer limited-time event "One Piece Premier Summer 2024" will be held from July 3rd to October 7th. This year, for the first time in the park's history, Luffy's ultimate "Gear 5" will make its debut.

In addition to the live entertainment show "One Piece Premier Show 2024," which features a powerful battle between Luffy and his crew vs. formidable enemies, the event will also introduce "Sanji's Pirate Restaurant," an entertainment restaurant where guests can enjoy Sanji's special hospitality, and "One Piece x Hollywood Dream: The Ride," a coaster that offers a thrilling and exhilarating ride through the world of One Piece with the Straw Hat Crew.
