In Episode 11, Majin Ku challenges Tamagami Number One but eventually surrenders due to the opponent's overwhelming strength. Dr. Arins decides to take a bold gamble, using all the remaining essence of Majin Buu to deeply plant the final Saibaman seed. From it, the new Majin, Duu, is born. The episode follows Majin Doo as he steps up to face Tamagami Number One.

Majin Doo, created by Dr. Arins and, Great Witch Marva makes his debut in the series with a cheerful "Ncha!" greeting. Fans of Akira Toriyama's works will recognize this as Arale-chan’s signature phrase from his classic manga Dr. Slump.
