The First Dragon Ball Series to Air Late at Night.
In Japan, TV broadcasts are the mainstream, and DAIMA will be the first Dragon Ball series to air late at night. Previously, Dragon Ball anime aired during time slots that were easier for children to watch, such as Wednesday evenings at 7 PM or Sunday mornings at 9 AM. However, DAIMA will be airing at 11:40 PM. For overseas audiences, including North America, streaming on platforms like Crunchyroll is planned.
The reason for the late-night broadcast has not been disclosed, but my speculation is that it was set to a time more convenient for adults who grew up with Dragon Ball. Perhaps the storyline itself will be more mature... I can't wait for the broadcast to begin!
