To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the anime Assassination Classroom, a special project titled "Assassination Classroom’s 10th Anniversary Project" has been announced. The project will feature three anniversary initiatives, with the first being a rerun of all 47 episodes starting in April 2025. The episodes will air on Fuji TV and other networks over the course of a year.

Additionally, a new commemorative visual and a special logo have been unveiled to mark the occasion. A message from the original creator, Yusei Matsui, was also shared: “Just like our school days, it feels like only yesterday that Assassination Classroom began and concluded with graduation.

I am deeply grateful that the anime’s 10th anniversary is being celebrated in so many ways. Why not take this opportunity to hold an assassination reunion, whether in person or through social media?

If there’s a chance for me to join, I’d love to participate. I also hope this becomes a chance for everyone to revisit Assassination Classroom by reading, watching, and gathering together once more!” Matsui’s comments invite fans to reminisce about the nostalgic school days and enjoy the story once again.

Excitingly, the beloved “Koro-sensei Shrine” will also make a return. This shrine, originally located in the “Hachitama” observation deck of Fuji TV’s headquarters during the anime’s original run, will be exhibited on the first floor of the Fuji TV Mall in Odaiba starting December 28, 2024. During this period, character standees from the 10th-anniversary visual will also be on display.
