Cast Comments

■Junichi Suwabe (as Ryuya Naruse)
This is a detective story. A suspense story. A tale where a brilliant doctor with a "diagnostic" genius solves mysteries and leads cases to resolution.
What kind of cases will they solve, and how? Stay tuned to find out.
Oh, by the way, I'm playing a detective skeptical of this "brilliant detective." Please look forward to it.

■Hiroaki Hirata (as Kimiyasu Sakurai)
I'm Hirata, and I've been given the role of Kimiyasu Sakurai, an inspector of the First Investigation Division at the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. When you hear such a stiff title, you might think, "Is Hirata really up to this?" Don't worry, I thought the same.

When I was getting ready for the first recording, the director told me, "Think of it as like Detective Columbo."
What! I love Detective Columbo! But it only made me even more tense. I hope you watch over me warmly.

■Miyuki Sawashiro (as Junko Sumida)
I'm Miyuki Sawashiro, playing Junko Sumida.
The recording is already done, but even now, just hearing the name "Ameku" makes me take a deep breath after a moment of holding something in my chest (laugh).
The reason for her struggles—please find out on air! I hope you'll follow along with the broadcast of 'Ameku Takao's Detective Karte.'

Artist Comments

■Aimer
I'm Aimer, and I'm in charge of the opening theme for the TV anime 'Ameku Takao's Detective Karte.' I began working on the theme song while being completely absorbed in Mikito Chinen's original novel.

The protagonist, Ameku Takao, solves difficult cases with her outstanding intelligence and insatiable curiosity, unbound by conventional thinking. Aiming to make the theme song a symbol of her, I created the song 'SCOPE.' I'm honored to be part of this work through music.

I hope 'SCOPE' can help enhance the appeal of Ameku Takao and this story.

■Yutaka Yasuo (The Gospellers)
This is a story about teamwork. Not just the genius protagonist, but also experts of various fields—veterans, rookies, the strong, and the weak.
The world viewed from each of their perspectives is connected by sharing. A fragmented past passes through a singular present into an infinite future.

■Kaoru Kurosawa (The Gospellers)
I got to duet with Anly, who has been a friend for a long time, under the sound production of Yaffle, who I've always wanted to work with! And it's for the anime based on the novel by Chinen-sensei, whose work I've been reading for a while. Could anything make me happier? (No, nothing.)

I hope this ending theme will carry the emotions of the anime's story. I hope you savor it.
