The story unfolds at the Diagnostic Management Department of Ameku General Hospital, a place where patients deemed "too difficult to diagnose" by other doctors and unsolved mysteries that even the police cannot crack are brought. "Witchy Pretty Cure!! Future Days" is the sequel to the 2016 anime series "Witchy Pretty Cure!" and is set to premiere on Saturday, January 11, 2025, at 2:00 AM on ABC TV and TV Asahi's nationwide network of 24 stations under the "ANiMAZiNG!!!" programming block.

The story begins with Mirai Asahina, a curious and wonder-loving middle school second-year student, who encounters Riko, a girl from the magical world, during spring break. Together, they transform into the legendary magical warriors known as "Pretty Cure." Alongside Mirai's cherished teddy bear, Mofurun, and Ha-chan, a fairy born from the "Linkle Smartphone," they fend off chaos threatening the two worlds: the "Magical World" and the "Non-Magical World" (the human world). However, their battle ultimately led to a heartfelt separation.

Years later, after a miraculous reunion, Mirai and her friends embark on new journeys toward their futures. Mirai becomes a university student in the Non-Magical World, while Riko becomes a teacher at the magic school in the Magical World. Mofurun remains faithfully by Mirai's side, and Ha-chan has become a distant observer of the world. But just as life seems to settle, a new calamity emerges, threatening both the Magical and Non-Magical Worlds. Spurred by the signs of this new threat, Mirai and Riko reunite after months apart, confronting mysterious enemies while reflecting on their past and embracing their future.
