The new "My Hero Academia" film is set for a summer 2024 release, with the 7th season of the TV anime starting in May and its PV now available.

 New details have been revealed for the anime "My Hero Academia" (HeroAca), announcing that the fourth installment of the movie series, "My Hero Academia THE MOVIE," is scheduled for release in the summer of 2024.

 The original story, overseen by the manga's creator Kohei Horikoshi, who also provides the character designs, is said to follow the timeline of the TV anime. According to Horikoshi, "This time, the story is set in a society that has finally collapsed, as seen in the TV anime."

 The first episode of the 7th season of the TV anime (the 139th episode overall) is set to air on May 4, 2024, on Yomiuri TV and Nippon TV networks. The first PV, composed of footage from the 7th season, has been released.

 The 7th season begins with story elements from Volume 34, Chapter 329 of the original manga. Deku, after a solitary struggle, embraces his classmates' sentiments, deciding to fight together with everyone.

 As Deku moves forward with the belief of "destroying everything," he nearly gets absorbed by the great evil All For One. The story focuses on these two characters, along with other heroes and villains, as they head towards the final showdown. Kenji Nagasaki continues as the chief director, with Naomi Nakayama, who was deeply involved in the production of the 6th season, taking on the role of director.

 Before the start of the 7th season's story on May 4, special episodes titled "My Hero Academia Memories" will air on April 6, 13, 20, and 27, featuring important stories leading to the 7th season with new scenes. The high support from fans is not only for the heroes but also for the villains, each with their own intense drama. These "Memories" episodes will delve into the inner worlds of key characters, enhancing the enjoyment of the 7th season.

 The original manga, surpassing 85 million copies in circulation, is a popular series serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" since July 2014. The story, set in a world where superpowers known as "Quirks" are common, follows protagonist Izuku Midoriya (Deku) as he aims to become a hero to protect society and combat villains misusing their Quirks. He grows alongside his classmates at the prestigious U.A. High School for heroes. The TV anime's first season started in April 2016, followed by theatrical releases.
