A trailer and new scene cuts for the special edition "My Hero Academia" Memories "Yagi Toshinori: Embers" of the TV anime "My Hero Academia" have been released.
"My Hero Academia" Memories is a special edition that interweaves new scenes into pivotal past episodes, leading into the seventh season of the anime, which begins broadcasting on May 4th. The episode "Yagi Toshinori: Embers," airing on the 13th, focuses on the former No. 1 hero, All Might, once hailed as the "Symbol of Peace." It explores All Might's pride and convictions, his battle against the great evil All For One, and the deadly struggle that exhausts his powers.
The series is based on a popular manga that has surpassed 100 million copies in circulation, set in a world where it is common for people to possess supernatural abilities known as "Quirks." The protagonist, Izuku Midoriya (Deku), aims to become a "Hero" who protects society and combats criminals, known as "Villains," who misuse their Quirks. He grows alongside his peers at the prestigious hero training school, U.A. High School. The manga has been serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" since July 2014, and the first season of the TV anime began airing in April 2016, with movies also released. The latest series, "My Hero Academia" Season 7, will begin broadcasting on May 4th.
