The latest PV for the seventh season of the TV anime "My Hero Academia" has been released, along with the opening theme "Who am I for" by TK from Ling Tosite Sigure.

The story of Season 7 begins with Chapter 329 from Volume 34 of the original comics. After a solitary battle, Deku, having embraced his classmates' feelings, renews his determination to fight together, not alone. Shigaraki Tomura, while almost being consumed by the great evil All For One, pushes forward with the conviction to destroy everything. The heroes and villains, centered around these two, are finally heading towards the ultimate final battle. The unveiled PV is filled with first-time scenes, including each character's determination, ambition, and tenacity, as well as spectacular action.

Regarding the opening theme "Who am I for," TK commented, "I've always pondered what I could create for this work, being far from a hero myself, without uniqueness or talent. When a bubble flew in front of me and burst, leaving its shape in concrete while reflecting a vivid rainbow, the theme of this song was born. Whether this ongoing battle is for myself or someone else, despite being robbed and even gaining pain, may the light shining into this battered world be etched together with this song."

The latest series "My Hero Academia" Season 7 will start airing on May 4, with "My Hero Academia Memories," a special broadcast that includes important stories leading up to Season 7 with new scenes, airing on April 6, 13, 20, and 27, over four episodes.

The series is based on a popular manga that has surpassed 85 million copies in circulation, set in a world where it's commonplace for people to have superpowers known as "Quirks." It follows the protagonist, Izuku Midoriya (Deku), as he strives to become a "Hero" who protects society and combats criminals using their Quirks for evil, growing together with his peers at the prestigious U.A. High School for heroes.

Since its serialization began in "Weekly Shonen Jump" in July 2014, and the first season of the TV anime aired in April 2016, the series has also been adapted into a movie.
