In the final episode, the mystery behind the petrification of all humanity was unraveled. Boichi also shared his appreciation, stating, "Thank you so much for all the love~!!"

Furthermore, Kana Hanazawa, who voiced Whyman, commented:
"I played the voice of one of the Whymans, a key character! Although each individual unit has its own differences, this particular Whyman was quite bold in taking an interest in Senku and the others and choosing to accompany them. I focused on portraying a sense of curiosity beneath that mysterious demeanor. I was so happy to be a part of this series for its grand finale! ♪"
Kohei Amasaki also shared his excitement: "I vividly remember being shocked when I was asked to play Whyman, thinking, 'Me?!' I am deeply honored to receive such a role for the final act of this long-running series. As for myself, I previously appeared in Season 3, Episode 7 as the 'handsome guy' who falls in love with Amaryllis, so I was also incredibly happy to return to the Dr. STONE studio once again."
Dr. STONE is a sci-fi survival adventure set in a world where all of humanity has been petrified, following a journey through 2 million years of scientific history from the Stone Age back to modern civilization. Thousands of years after a mysterious phenomenon instantaneously turned everyone into stone, Senku, a genius science boy with a superhuman brain, uses science in a desperate situation to recreate modern essentials—such as medicine, cell phones, and katanas—building civilization back up from zero alongside his friends. The TV anime series first began broadcasting in July 2019.
