The manga Honey Lemon Soda by Mayu Murata reached its final chapter in the May issue of Ribon. Since its serialization began in December 2015, the series has captivated readers for over a decade. The final installment is featured with a cover and opening color spread spanning 63 pages. The final volume, Volume 31, is scheduled for release on May 25.

A Beloved Youth Romance Story with Massive Popularity

First serialized in Ribon in 2015, the story follows Uka Ishimori, a shy girl who enrolls in a high school with a free spirited atmosphere in hopes of changing herself. There, she meets Kai Miura, a popular boy known for his lemon colored hair. Through their relationship, Uka gradually grows and finds confidence in herself.

The series has surpassed 16 million copies in circulation, solidifying its status as a major hit. It was adapted into a live action film in 2021 starring Raul from Snow Man and Ai Yoshikawa, and later received a television anime adaptation in 2025.
