Assassination Classroom New Movie Reveals Scene Cuts from “Everybody’s Time” Ahead of March 20 Release

The upcoming Assassination Classroom new movie, Assassination Classroom the Movie: Everybody’s Time, has unveiled a batch of new scene cuts ahead of its March 20 theatrical release.

The newly revealed stills include a group photo of Class 3 E that symbolizes the bond between Koro-Sensei and his students. Other highlights show the covert team plotting something in a dimly lit Japanese style room, a heartwarming moment of Okano and Maehara singing together in harmony, and Koro Sensei in a business suit being glared at by suspicious looking men. Each cut captures the familiar charm that brings a smile and a nostalgic chuckle of “Nurufufufu.” In addition, a mysterious girl who looks strikingly similar to Nagisa appears. Who is she, and what role will she play. The images blend nostalgia with fresh surprises, raising anticipation among fans.

Starting on the 20th, a special Koro Sensei Shrine will appear at Shinjuku Wald 9 in Tokyo and T Joy PRINCE Shinagawa. Visitors can have Koro Sensei tell their daily fortune at the shrine. The experience also features newly recorded voice lines by Koro Sensei that can only be heard at the venue.

From the 21st, Shinjuku Wald 9 will display a large scale banner featuring Koro Sensei’s face. By scanning the QR code printed on the banner, visitors can access an exclusive AR photo frame available only at Shinjuku Wald 9.

To commemorate the film’s release, a nationwide Local Koro Sensei campaign will also be launched in theaters across Japan. Standard Koro Sensei standees will be installed at theaters screening Assassination Classroom the Movie: Everybody’s Time. In addition, limited edition standees featuring Koro Sensei dressed as local specialties will appear at 15 theaters nationwide, including Oden in Ishikawa Prefecture, Shumai in Kanagawa Prefecture, and Shirokuma dessert in Kagoshima Prefecture. By scanning the QR codes printed on these standees, fans can download exclusive smartphone wallpapers featuring the same local themed designs, available only at each participating theater.

Assassination Classroom follows the story of a mysterious creature known as Koro Sensei, who possesses immense power and can move at Mach 20 speed. Despite declaring that he will destroy the Earth, he becomes the homeroom teacher of Class 3 E at Kunugigaoka Junior High School, a class labeled as underachievers. The students of Class 3 E are given one mission to assassinate Koro Sensei before graduation, leading to a heartfelt and action packed year of growth and bonding.

The original manga was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from 2012 to 2016 and has surpassed 27 million copies in circulation. The first television anime season aired from January to June 2015, followed by the second season from January to July 2016. A live action film starring Ryosuke Yamada was also released in 2015.
