The upcoming TV anime Magical Sisters LuluttoLilly is set to begin airing in April 2026, and a newly illustrated visual featuring the protagonist sisters has now been revealed.

New “Lilly and Lulu” Visual and Premiere Screening Details
The newly unveiled visual, titled the Lilly and Lulu Visual, showcases sisters Lilly and Lulu in a soft pastel color palette. The illustration includes elements such as Uguisu and Azuki, along with various items that appear in the series, creating a charming yet subtly retro atmosphere. The artwork was illustrated by Hiroko.
Alongside the visual reveal, a premiere screening event has been announced, offering audiences the chance to experience the anime ahead of its broadcast. The event will take place on March 15, 2026, at Marunouchi Piccadilly 2 in Tokyo, marking the world’s earliest screening of the series.
The premiere event will feature appearances by the main cast members Mei Tachibana, Nao Ojika, Hiroki Nanami, Ai Kayano, Fuka Izumi, and Fu Hirohara. In addition to a cast talk show, the event will include a special mini live performance by the cast, making it a full scale celebration of the series.
Advance ticket lottery sales for the premiere screening begin today, the 18th. In addition, the official Instagram account for Magical Sisters LuluttoLilly has also launched today.

A New Entry in Pierrot’s Magical Girl Legacy
Magical Sisters LuluttoLilly is the latest installment in Studio Pierrot’s magical girl series, marking the first new entry in 28 years since Fancy Lala aired in 1998. The project was created to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the final episode of the franchise’s first title, Magical Angel Creamy Mami, which originally aired from 1983 to 1984.
