The manga Uchi no Otouto domo ga Sumimasen (JP: うちの弟どもがすみません) will receive an anime adaptation set to air in 2026, with the announcement accompanied by a teaser visual, teaser PV, cast details, and main staff information. The main characters Ito Narita and Gen Narita will be voiced by Naomi Ozora and Toshiki Masuda respectively.

Serialized in Bessatsu Margaret, the series has surpassed 2.8 million copies in print. The story follows Ito, a high school girl who dreams of a peaceful life with her beloved mother and new stepfather. However, what awaits her is an unexpected new reality living with four extremely handsome yet highly eccentric younger brothers. Despite her confusion over this sudden change, she begins life in a five-sibling household after her stepfather is transferred for work. A live action film starring Mei Hata and Ryuto Sakuma of HiHi Jets premiered in 2024.
