I was determined to be part of this project. I will never forget the quiet joy I felt on the day my wish came true after the audition. Beneath the calm flow of everyday life, this story carries a constant, almost stinging tension. I found myself crying, suffering, and struggling alongside the characters, gradually feeling as though I was being warmed to the point of a low burn. I truly love the unique emotional temperature of this work. Witnessing Makio’s and Asa’s feelings take shape as living, breathing dialogue before the microphone felt almost sacred. Playing Munori came with challenges, but the recording sessions gave me immense insight and left a lasting impression. I am grateful to have become part of this story.
