The released scene cuts feature Shinazugawa and Iguro fighting together. In front of the accompanying Demon Slayer Corps members, Iguro refers to him as "Wind Hashira," but once the members leave, he switches to calling him "Shinazugawa." This sparked reactions online such as, "Iguro calling him 'Wind Hashira' when directing the lower-ranked members but 'Shinazugawa' when they are alone was adorable," "I love how Iguro calls him 'Wind Hashira' in front of others but 'Shinazugawa' when it's just the two of them," and "The way Iguro switches from 'Wind Hashira' in front of subordinates to 'Shinazugawa' when they're alone is so good."

"Demon Slayer: Hashira Training Arc" covers the episodes from volumes 15-16 of the original manga, where Tanjiro and others undergo training from the top-ranking swordsmen of the Demon Slayer Corps, the Hashira, to become stronger.
